Position: Building Construction General Supervisor Role
Join F2 Developments as a Building Construction General Supervisor in Thunder Bay. This full-time position emphasizes leadership of subcontractors and oversight of residential construction projects.

With a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, you'll be accountable for planning operations, evaluating progress, and ensuring policy implementation for quality control.

Your role will also include supervising 3-4 contractors, monitoring construction milestones, and reading blueprint specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize daily construction operations and plans

• Evaluate subcontractor performance and activity

• Establish procedures for quality assurance

• Read blueprints and schemas effectively

• Coordinate schedule milestones and monitor progress

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid driver’s license

• Certificates in First Aid and safety training

• Experience using hand tools in construction

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Excellent organization and accountability skills
