Pioneer Construction is seeking a dedicated Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations within various projects. This hands-on role requires strong leadership skills, coordination of site activities, and effective communication with clients and project teams. Your work will play a critical part in resolving challenges, maintaining productivity, and ensuring project specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee each phase of civil construction projects

• Lead and manage on-site workforce during construction

• Act as the main contact for project updates with stakeholders

• Resolve daily construction issues and anticipate future challenges

• Maintain accurate site records regarding safety and progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 3+ years of civil construction industry experience

• Prior experience in leadership roles

• Valid G License required
