Experienced Construction Superintendent

This full-time position requires at least five years of management experience in heavy civil construction, focusing on asphalt paving and road building. You will oversee daily operations, monitor project progress, and coordinate closely with project managers and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all onsite construction efforts

• Document project progress and communicate updates

• Resolve conflicts by interpreting project specifications

• Work with project managers for effective project delivery

• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in heavy civil construction management

• Knowledge of OPSS specifications and OTM Book 7

• Proficiency with GPS layout tools is an asset

• Equipment operation skills are a plus
