The Taymax Group is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative for an overnight shift. You will be the first point of contact, delivering superior customer service to both members and prospective guests. Responsibilities include checking members in, assisting with membership sign-ups, and maintaining club cleanliness throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests with inquiries

• Handle front desk operations and answer calls

• Check members into the system efficiently

• Conduct tours for prospective members

• Maintain club cleanliness and complete assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

• Customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer literacy

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
