This contract position focuses on delivering top-notch customer experiences through effective communication in both French and English. You will engage with customers via phone and email, assisting with inquiries related to eCommerce and the Triangle Rewards program. The role demands flexible availability, with a training schedule from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist eCommerce customers with inquiries and orders
• Support the Triangle Rewards program for users
• Handle customer communications over phone and email
• Review eCommerce orders for accuracy
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for relationship building
• Flexibility in availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
