Bilingual Credit Card Customer Service Representative

Use fluent English and French to support Triangle Master Card members from Ontario in a customer-focused contact centre environment. Handle varied telephone inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and sound judgment.

As a Customer Relationship Contact Centre Representative, you will address questions about credit card usage, statements, and marketing programs. The bilingual role offers permanent part-time and full-time positions, with six weeks of weekday training. Success requires active listening, computer knowledge, and effective communication.

• Respond courteously to diverse Triangle Master Card member inquiries
• Protect customer account information integrity and security
• Apply product, technical, and process knowledge appropriately
• Maintain accurate customer information throughout interactions
• Provide relevant products and services when appropriate

• Fluency in spoken and written English and French
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Basic browser-based functions and computer knowledge
