The ideal candidate will be registered with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) and have a deep appreciation for First Nations culture. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed to effectively engage students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Humanities and Social Sciences to Grades 9-12

• Incorporate First Nations cultural perspectives into lessons

• Participate in student literacy and outdoor education programs

• Foster students’ social and personal development

• Engage in professional growth activities

Requirements:

• Must be a registered member of Ontario College of Teachers

• Current OCT Certificate of Qualifications
