Teach Grade 7 and 8 Science, Social Studies, and Arts as an Elementary Long Term Occasional Teacher with UCDSB. This is a 1.0 FTE English assignment.
The Upper Canada District School Board is hiring an Elementary Long Term Occasional Teacher for an intermediate assignment. The position covers English-language instruction in Grade 7 and 8 Science, Social Studies, and Arts. Applicants must hold an Ontario College of Teachers certificate in Good Standing and required Intermediate qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach Grade 7 and 8 Science
- Teach Grade 7 and 8 Social Studies
- Teach Grade 7 and 8 Arts
- Fulfill the posted 1.0 FTE assignment
- Hold an OCT certificate in Good Standing
- Have required qualifications in Intermediate
- Provide current and two recent direct supervisors
- Complete the interview and assessment process
- Provide a valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
