In this site-based role, the Senior Contract Specialist will report to the Supply Chain Manager and be instrumental in managing all facets of contract processes. This includes negotiating terms, preparing RFPs, and ensuring contracts are well-executed by collaborating with other departments. Your extensive experience in the mining industry will contribute significantly to the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain qualified bidder lists

• Prepare comprehensive RFPs with key commercial input

• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage lifecycle

• Draft contracts ensuring compliance with internal standards

• Collaborate with projects team to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements:

• 10+ years in supply chain and mining contracts

• Expertise in process improvement and dispute resolution

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and documentation

• Ability to manage competing priorities

• Degree in Engineering, Business or related
