As part of your responsibilities, you will be conducting ventilation surveys, monitoring air quality, and maintaining effective ventilation systems in an underground mine. With a strong focus on safety, you will work alongside Mining Operations and Technical Services to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience and knowledge of ventilation equipment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ventilation system surveys and air quality checks

• Prepare and submit ventilation system reports

• Work alongside technical teams to ensure safety compliance

• Identify and report deficiencies in airflow systems

• Monitor and maintain ventilation to enhance workplace safety

Requirements:

• Mining Engineering Technician Diploma or equivalent experience

• 1-3 years of experience in underground mining

• Knowledge of gas detection and airflow systems

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

• Valid Class G driver’s licence required
