Become a key member of the Technical Services team, reporting to the Senior Production Engineer. The planner role focuses on daily, weekly, and monthly production planning while closely collaborating with Operations and Geology teams to optimize ore recovery and enhance productivity. Gather valuable insights through underground inspections to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily and weekly underground production planning

• Assist with scheduling for efficient mining operations

• Monitor underground production performance metrics

• Collaborate with teams to improve mine productivity

• Conduct inspections to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent

• Registered or eligible as an Ontario EIT

• Strongly preferred underground mining experience

• Exposure to mine planning software

• Physically capable of underground fieldwork
