Position: Hemlo Mining Production Planner Opportunity

Step into a rewarding Production Planner position with Hemlo Mining Corp. This role emphasizes short-term planning and operational support for underground production activities.
You will play an essential role in the Technical Services team, reporting directly to the Senior Production Engineer. The planner will assist with production scheduling, actively track key operational metrics, and work closely with Geology and Operations teams. Your field reviews and collaborative efforts will enhance mine productivity and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support underground production planning activities

• Monitor production performance and operational metrics

• Facilitate drill and blast planning coordination

• Conduct underground inspections for continuous improvement

• Update mine plans and production reports
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering required

• Must be eligible as an Ontario EIT

• Strong preference for underground mining experience

• Familiarity with mine planning software

• Physically able to perform fieldwork duties
