As an AME with Sky Care, you will handle both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a diverse aircraft fleet, including Navajo and Metro models. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, ensuring aircraft readiness for time-sensitive missions that impact remote communities and critical care transport. This role requires a proactive approach to solving mechanical issues and a commitment to adhering to Transport Canada regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve real-time mechanical issues
• Support time-critical medevac and charter missions
• Conduct inspections and repairs according to safety standards
• Collaborate with flight operations and engineering teams
Requirements:
• Transport Canada AME M1 License (M2 is an asset)
• Minimum 2 years aircraft maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical abilities
• Familiarity with Navajo, Metro, or Westwind aircraft is preferred
• Attention to detail and strong safety commitment
