Become a vital part of Greenstone Gold Mines as a Metallurgical Engineer in Training (EIT) based in Geraldton, Ontario. Focus on optimizing plant performance within a secure and efficient environment.

This position, reporting to the Senior Metallurgist, is key to supporting the operational metallurgical department. You will leverage your 2+ years of experience in a CIP gold plant to implement quality assurance and technical solutions, ensuring optimal metal recovery. Your proactive approach is crucial in project management and continuous improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for metallurgical initiatives

• Analyze samples to enhance plant efficiency

• Develop and maintain control strategies and procedures

• Supervise safety implementations in the process plant

• Contribute to metallurgical reporting and monitoring

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a CIP gold plant

• Strong foundation in metallurgical science

• Proficient in Minitab; SAP is a plus

• Valid driver’s license is necessary

• Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering or similar
