Key Responsibilities:
• Direct life-of-mine planning and sequencing
• Supervise stope design and blast optimization
• Ensure effective ore recovery and grade reconciliation
• Collaborate across teams for plan execution
• Provide expertise in mine design and geotechnical aspects
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in underground gold mining
• Degree in Mining Engineering or related field
• Leadership experience with technical teams required
• Strong knowledge of UG mining methods and systems
• Familiar with mine planning software platforms
Lead the Hemlo operation's technical services and enhance performance with your specialized knowledge and leadership.
