IT Client Services Specialist

Join the City of Thunder Bay as an IT Client Services Specialist focused on Networks and Cloud solutions. This full-time position handles user support and network management.

Working at the City Manager's Office, you will support both network and enterprise software access, ensuring seamless operation for all clients. With responsibilities spanning Active Directory maintenance to problem resolution, you will be instrumental in enhancing IT support for organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and document network and file share access

• Resolve Tier 1 support calls effectively

• Document client interactions in management systems

• Collaborate with IT staff for effective solutions

• Conduct training sessions for users on tools

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in IT or related fields

• Experience with network support and client services

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
