Hybrid Logistics Specialist

Allyn International seeks a Logistics Specialist to enhance its operations. This full-time role involves logistics coordination, project management, and supporting transportation activities for various sectors. Ideal candidates should have knowledge in logistics and supply chain principles, including project cargo and customs compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and coordinate with the Client’s logistics team

• Act as the on-site liaison for transportation providers

• Document transport damages and report accurately

• Maintain accurate logistics records and schedules

• Prepare Bills of Lading and manage logistics documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics preferred

• Preferred experience in supply chain and customs

• Knowledge of transport claims processes

• Must comply with safety and certification requirements

• Scheduling and critical path management experience preferred
