Position: Allyn International Logistics Specialist
Empower logistics operations as a full-time Hybrid Logistics Specialist with Allyn International in Thunder Bay, Ontario. You'll play a key role in coordinating supply chain projects and ensuring compliance.

Allyn International is looking for a skilled Logistics Specialist to work hybrid in a full-time capacity. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders, documentation management, and continuous process improvement in logistics and transportation. Candidates with a background in supply chain logistics are preferred, especially those who have managed large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Client’s logistics teams for project coordination

• Coordinate on-site logistics for project shipments

• Maintain comprehensive records of logistics activities

• Document and manage issues related to transport damage

• Generate and manage shipment documentation processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field preferred

• Experience in customs compliance and transportation

• Familiarity with claims processes in logistics

• Knowledge of scheduling and project management

• Must comply with Allyn’s safety protocols and training
