Nighttime Cleaning

Position: Nighttime Cleaning Role
Help maintain a clean environment as a Nighttime Cleaner for BEST in Thunder Bay, Ontario. This role involves an overnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, focusing on cleanliness and sanitation.

As a reliable member of the cleaning team, you will be tasked with ensuring the building's common areas and washrooms are immaculate. Your work will include mopping, sweeping, and window cleaning, supported by your knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products. Stamina is key, as lifting and mobility are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean kitchens and common areas thoroughly

• Sweep and mop floors consistently

• Dust and clean glass and window blinds

• Properly dispose of trash and recyclables

• Maintain cleanliness of all cleaning equipment

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a Canadian background check

• Previous knowledge of sanitation practices

• Physical capabilities for cleaning duties

• WHMIS certification is beneficial

• Able to lift weights up to 50 lbs
