Your expertise will enable you to lead the maintenance operations in one of Domtar's premier sawmills, showcasing an advanced, three-line operation. With a focus on leadership and safety, you'll oversee a dedicated maintenance team ensuring productivity and minimal operational costs. Ideal candidates will have a blend of hands-on experience and demonstrated leadership abilities over the past 3 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team focused on safety and productivity

• Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair activities

• Utilize CMMS for work order management

• Perform equipment inspections to determine maintenance needs

• Manage contractor work quality and compliance

Requirements:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technologist certification

• 3-5 years in maintenance supervision roles

• Effective communication and team collaboration

• Solid experience with MS Office and CMMS

• In-depth sawmill operation knowledge
