Sawmill Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety standards are met throughout maintenance operations

• Provide leadership to trade personnel and maintenance teams

• Collaborate with production to plan maintenance and capital work

• Manage work orders and schedules in the CMMS

• Conduct inspections of equipment for repairs and adjustments

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of related experience in maintenance

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technologist certification

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of sawmill and planer mill equipment
