Maintenance Planner in Northwestern Ontario

Location: Marathon

Elevate operations at Hemlo Mine as a Maintenance Planner, where your expertise will directly impact our gold mining success. This role is anchored in safety, planning, and compliance.

In the role of Maintenance Planner, you will ensure that maintenance activities are meticulously planned to support the production process r main responsibilities will include developing maintenance schedules, managing work orders within SAP, and ensuring effective collaboration with Maintenance and Production teams. A proactive approach to tracking preventative maintenance will be essential in this fast-paced mining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize maintenance activities and schedules

• Ensure effective coordination between Maintenance and Production

• Handle work orders and inventory management through SAP

• Track compliance and monitor PM processes

• Participate in safety and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance clerical or planning roles

• Strong familiarity with SAP and other CMMS

• In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and PM standards

• Mining plant experience is an asset

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
