Director of Maintenance Pulp

This key leadership role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and requires over 10 years of experience in maintenance leadership, ideally in industrial manufacturing or pulp and paper. Your expertise will drive the development and execution of a comprehensive maintenance strategy, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and planning functions. You will enhance asset performance while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and operational safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive maintenance strategy aligned with production goals

• Lead the maintenance team in executing planned and unplanned work

• Implement reliability-centered maintenance practices

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience

• Proven asset reliability improvement track record

• Strong knowledge of predictive technologies and maintenance systems

• Experience managing unionized environments and collective agreements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field
