Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all payroll services and ensure timely processing

• Maintain awareness of payroll compliance and best practices

• Facilitate audits and develop corrective measures as needed

• Guide payroll team on operational processes and compliance

Requirements:

• Three-year post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) certification required

• Proven payroll management experience (7-10 years)

• Familiarity with Canadian tax and payroll systems

• Proficiency in payroll software, preferably Workday
