G3 Maintenance Manager

Lead the maintenance operations at G3 Thunder Bay as a Maintenance Manager, ensuring safety and efficiency in an industrial setting. Oversee budgets, team dynamics, and maintenance protocols to achieve optimal performance.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the General Manager, managing the electrical and mechanical maintenance departments. Your responsibilities will encompass capital investment planning, risk management, and resource allocation. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to foster engagement and accountability among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align maintenance programs with operational priorities

• Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies

• Allocate resources efficiently, focusing on cost control

• Communicate G3 policies effectively to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of five years in management

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Proficiency in standard computer applications

• Red Seal ticket is a plus
