As a Molding Line Attendant for Barry Callebaut, you will play a critical role in transforming raw chocolate into finished products. This temporary six-month position requires experience in a food manufacturing environment and includes responsibilities such as adjusting tempering machines and performing quality checks. You'll also participate in shift transitions and maintain cleanliness in accordance with sanitation schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate chocolate tempering machines using PLC controls

• Control conveyor speed, product shape, and weight

• Collect samples for the Quality department

• Document critical control points and perform SAP entries

• Conduct basic maintenance and ensure cleanliness

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Experience in food manufacturing preferred

• Hoist Operator training and Lift Truck Certificate

• Ability to lift 55lbs and work in heat

• Must freely move around the facility
