Position: Pioneer Ridge Nursing Role

As part of a skilled nursing team, you will lead care initiatives and ensure high-quality, individualized support for residents in this municipally operated long-term care home. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee resident care delivery processes

• Maintain Pioneer Ridge’s standards of quality in care

• Work with RPNs to create customized care plans

• Provide support for acute care situations as needed

• Contribute to achieving long-term care quality goals

Requirements:

• Unrestricted Registered Nurse certificate from Ontario

• Familiarity with long-term care laws and rights

• Experience in gerontology or long-term care preferred

• Excellent understanding of resident needs and services

• Dedication to enhancing the care environment
