Key Responsibilities   Deliver quality nursing care to complex patient populations
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Apply nursing processes for individualized care planning
Monitor and manage patient responses to interventions
Maintain adherence to Professional Standards and hospital policies
Requirements   Current unrestricted RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Certification in BCLS and Neurosurgical Nursing experience
Strong interprofessional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple nursing interventions
Preference for Canadian Neuroscience Certification
