Position: Mid-Level Nurse Practitioner Role
Nor West Community Health Centres is seeking a mid-level Nurse Practitioner at the Thunder Bay site. Engage with primary care to improve community health outcomes.

The full-time role focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, and education within Ontario's health care system. As an RN-EC, you will play a crucial part in providing services that cater to underserved populations. Your expertise will help address mental health and substance use challenges in community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver healthcare services per RN-EC practice

• Educate patients on disease prevention techniques

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

• Assist individuals facing mental health challenges

• Conduct work across various locations as needed

Requirements:

• BScN in nursing and current RN-EC registration

• Experience in community, rural, and public health

• Strong skills in physical assessment techniques

• Flexible work hours and valid driver's license

• Understanding of socio-economic health issues
