Position: Employee Health Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized disability and rehabilitation strategies

• Coordinate return-to-work planning with key stakeholders

• Monitor claims, identifying trends and corrective actions

• Assess and implement employee accommodation requests

• Perform occupational fitness testing and evaluations

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with three years in occupational health

• Knowledge of Ontario's Human Rights Code and WSIB legislation

• Skills in case management and employee support

• Effective communication with healthcare providers and unions

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
