Float Hemodialysis Nurse

Join the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre as a Temporary Full Time Float Registered Nurse in Hemodialysis. Deliver impactful patient-centered care within a supportive multidisciplinary team environment.

This role requires a skilled nurse committed to providing quality care to complex patient populations in Renal Nursing. As a member of the team reporting to the Manager Northwest Regional Renal Program, you will apply the Nursing Process to create individualized care plans. The focus is on fostering a learning environment in line with Patient and Family-Centred Care principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to hemodialysis patients

• Implement individualized care planning and delivery

• Manage multiple nursing interventions efficiently

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Identify and act on abnormal patient responses

Requirements:

• Unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse in Ontario

• Certification in BCLS

• Recent experience in Renal Nursing, especially hemodialysis

• Strong communication and interprofessional skills

• Ability to demonstrate good attendance record
