In this impactful role, you will engage in Patient and Family Centered Care while supporting staff in surgical services. Your responsibilities include providing care for complex patients, applying nursing processes effectively, and working with a dynamic healthcare team focused on positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care tailored to individual patient needs

• Facilitate collaboration with Registered Practice Nurses

• Assess and manage unexpected patient responses

• Maintain communication with patients, families, and team members

• Handle multiple nursing interventions efficiently

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse status with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification

• Experience with TPN and surgical patient care

• Ability to manage Central Venous Lines

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
