Research Coordinator

Position: Research Coordinator Role
Join Lakehead University as a Research Coordinator, focused on community-based initiatives in Thunder Bay. Develop projects, recruit participants, and assist in data analysis to support Indigenous health research efforts.

As a Research Coordinator, your contributions will shape the Brain Health Café Program through participant engagement and program evaluation. With responsibilities from coordinating logistics to management of data collection, you will play a crucial role in supporting Dilico partners. The position demands strong communication skills and an organized approach to ensure research accuracy and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and logistics for health events

• Conduct qualitative data analysis and maintain documentation

• Support research team in preparing project reports

• Engage with community members and maintain relationships

• Coordinate participant interviews, surveys, and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in managing research projects

• Understanding of data collection and assessment techniques

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in team settings
