Position: Laboratory Technician Seasonal Role
AGAT Laboratories invites you to become a Seasonal Laboratory Technician in Thunder Bay. This entry-level role requires engagement in various lab tasks with a flexible rotational schedule.

We are hiring two Seasonal Laboratory Technicians to assist in diverse laboratory responsibilities. You'll report to the Laboratory Supervisor, handling the calibration and operation of laboratory instruments while maintaining high-quality data records. The role emphasizes teamwork in a busy lab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples, reagents, and calibrations as instructed

• Troubleshoot and conduct routine maintenance on lab instruments

• Compile and verify data records for accuracy

• Follow quality control and standard operating procedures

• Report results consistently to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree in Science or equivalent practical experience

• Laboratory experience of 0-2+ years is beneficial

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Intermediate computer literacy for effective reporting

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
