• Achieve sales targets while controlling store expenses
• Create and maintain effective employee training programs
• Analyze weekly sales data to adjust inventory levels
• Plan and execute in-store promotional activities
• Ensure a secure shopping environment for customers and staff

• 3 years of retail management experience required
• College Diploma in Business Retail Management is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications a must
• Willingness to learn first aid and comply with safety regulations
• Deep understanding of The Salvation Army’s mission and values
