Focus on sales success and customer service excellence. This role requires managing all aspects of the store’s operations, including hiring, training, and evaluating a diverse team. Your leadership will contribute directly to The Salvation Army’s mission of aiding individuals in need within the community.
Other duties include implementing marketing strategies, maintaining safety compliance, and overseeing donation processes.
Responsibilities   Achieve sales targets while controlling store expenses
Create and maintain effective employee training programs
Analyze weekly sales data to adjust inventory levels
Plan and execute in-store promotional activities
Ensure a secure shopping environment for customers and staff
Requirements   3 years of retail management experience required
College Diploma in Business Retail Management is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications a must
Willingness to learn first aid and comply with safety regulations
Deep understanding of The Salvation Army’s mission and values
