Responsibilities   Overall responsibility for sales and profitability of the store
Control expenses and manage customer relations
Ensure customer service standards are maintained
Ensure merchandise is filled and the store is easy to shop
Follow all merchandise and marketing guidelines
Recruit, train, develop, motivate and manage a team of Associates & Keyholders
Set up ads properly and on time
Receive and manage freight & deliveries
Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are followed
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Experience   1-2 years retail management experience
Grade 12 education or equivalent
Career minded, a self starter, and customer oriented
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
Strong communication, organizational, leadership, decision making and interpersonal skills
Flexible, super friendly, adaptable, efficient and professional manner
Salary   Salary Range:  $45K-$50K /year. This represents the expected range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
