Position: AE Senior Brand Ambassador Job
Be a key player at American Eagle as a Senior Brand Ambassador in Thunder Bay, Ontario, where your passion for customer service will enhance shoppers’ experiences. Make every visit memorable through engagement and product expertise.

In this part-time role, you’ll represent American Eagle by delivering delightful interactions with guests in-store. Engage shoppers with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on products, and introduce our loyalty program. Your ability to seamlessly switch between various zones of the store is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Share product knowledge and make tailored suggestions

• Promote the AEO loyalty program to customers

• Adapt to different areas of the store as required

• Resolve customer inquiries while adhering to company guidelines

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous experience in retail is preferred

• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Highly energetic with multitasking capabilities

• Passionate about AE and Aerie products
