Deli Clerk Position

Deliver outstanding customer service as a Deli Clerk at our Thunder Bay location. Ensure accuracy in transactions and maintain a clean workspace for an exceptional shopping experience.

At our store in Thunder Bay, you will focus on customer interaction and attention to detail. This role involves cash handling, maintaining cleanliness, and complying with food safety standards. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and scan items selected by customers

• Ensure accuracy of entered prices and cancel transactions

• Handle cash and various payment methods securely

• Balance the cash register at the end of shifts

• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

• Familiarity with cash register systems preferred

• Strong customer-service orientation essential

• Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills

• Availability for various shifts throughout the week

• Ability to lift up to 20kg when required
