Golf Course Cash Clerk

Elevate your cash handling expertise at the City of Thunder Bay as a Golf Course Cash Clerk. This role focuses on processing green fees, season passes, and providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant atmosphere.

Under the guidance of the Supervisor – Golf Services, you'll manage revenue collection and daily reconciliations while using the Tee Off Reservation System. This seasonal position requires weekend shifts, offering a unique opportunity to engage with the community and enhance the golf experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect revenues from green fees and merchandise sales

• Reconcile daily cash and complete handling forms

• Implement the Tee Off Reservation System effectively

• Enforce and communicate course policies and procedures

• Monitor merchandise inventory and rental equipment condition

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 required

• Current Ontario Smart Serve certification

• Knowledge and experience in golf essential

• Cash handling experience preferred

• Ability to interact courteously with customers and staff
