As a member of the Storefront Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring each client departs happier than they arrived. Your responsibilities will include providing insightful feedback to improve our services and managing online order fulfillment. Technical expertise with POS systems will enhance your contribution as you celebrate our local spirits and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging experiences for all clients

• Review sales performance and daily storefront activities

• Develop and execute distillery events

• Enhance our Tasting Corner and Cocktail Shop offerings

• Process daily online orders via Shopify

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is preferred

• Certification in Smart Serve and WHMIS

• Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends

• Physical stamina for various work conditions

• Strong communication skills for client interactions
