Position: Paladin Security Healthcare Guard Position
Join Paladin Security Group as a Full-Time Healthcare Security Guard in Ontario. This role focuses on maintaining safety through patrols, emergency responses, and enforcing regulations in healthcare environments.

In this position, you will perform security patrols, respond to urgent incidents, and investigate routine occurrences in healthcare settings. Effective communication and reporting skills are essential, as well as advanced de-escalation skills. You will uphold policies and act professionally while working independently or with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols, regardless of weather

• Respond to various emergencies, maintaining professionalism

• Perform Patient Watch and routine incident investigations

• Enforce smoking and parking regulations

• Document incidents accurately for shift reports

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• First Aid & CPR – Level C certification necessary

• N95 Mask Fit Test compliance needed

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination mandated

• Customer service experience is an asset
