Position: Walmart Asset Protection Associate
Join Walmart as a Full Time Asset Protection Associate in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment. Your efforts will directly impact safety, theft prevention, and store effectiveness.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing a safe store environment through proactive security measures and investigations. You will monitor security systems, support store evacuations, and conduct external apprehensions. Your skills in communication and reporting will facilitate effective collaboration with store leadership and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security features and conduct regular patrols

• Investigate shrink incidents and theft

• Assist in emergency evacuations and protocols

• Enforce policies for external apprehensions

• Share findings and insights with leadership

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Security Guard License required

• Competence in fast-paced environments

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Willingness to work varying shifts
