In this permanent, full-time role, the Intake Services Coordinator will play a key part in determining eligibility for services aimed at assisting families with disabilities. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in health or social services along with at least one year of experience. The role entails maintaining service-related databases while adhering to policies and Ministry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess eligibility based on established parameters

• Oversee service databases and management systems

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation

• Aid individuals through challenging circumstances

• Work collaboratively in a supportive team atmosphere

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in health/social services

• Minimum one year related experience

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Willingness to travel within Thunder Bay and Northern Ontario
