Key Responsibilities:

• Provide peer-to-peer support to clients and families

• Apply harm reduction principles in client interactions

• Assist with overdose prevention and Naloxone administration

• Advocate for community services and resources

• De-escalate conflict effectively in challenging situations

Requirements:

• Lived or family experience with mental health/addictions

• Experience with harm reduction frameworks

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Basic computer skills including email
