Addiction Recovery Support Staff

Support individuals in recovery at Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada as Addiction Recovery Support Staff in Thunder Bay, ON. Engage clients, maintain program structure, and promote a healthy environment.

In this integral role, you will supervise clients and provide daily support within the in-residence program. Your responsibilities will include facilitating schedules, conducting room checks, and enhancing client accountability. Requirements:

• Education in addiction services or related fields preferred

• Experience in recovery or residential care is advantageous

• Valid driver’s license may be required

• Current First Aid Certification is an asset

• Safe food handling certificate required
