The Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada is seeking a dedicated individual to coordinate its Men’s Recovery Program. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for mentoring clients, overseeing their recovery plans, and facilitating group sessions.

Your role will also involve communication with families and maintaining comprehensive documentation of client progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer mentorship and recovery support to clients

• Develop tailored recovery plans and goals

• Engage with client families and support systems

• Track progress and document client case notes

• Model Christ-centered leadership in daily actions

Requirements:

• High school diploma required, additional credentials preferred

• Experience in social services or addiction recovery

• Valid driver’s license and clear background check

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage diverse personalities
