This full-time, contract position entails working directly under the Family Wellness Manager to assist families in need of additional support. You will help maintain family unity, facilitate kinship searches, and ensure the protection of children in accordance with legal frameworks and Dilico’s service model. Your expertise in community-based models will be essential in this impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to families for success and well-being

• Conduct kinship searches to promote family reunification

• Perform intake and emergency protection duties

• Collaborate with community resources for appropriate care

• Engage in cultural practices relevant to family care

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in community-based models

• Preference for Indigenous Studies or related credentials

• Understanding of Anishinabek culture and traditions

• Valid Class G Driver's License and reliable vehicle

• Satisfactory Criminal Records Search
