Program Coordinator for Addiction Recovery

Serve as the Program Coordinator in the Men’s Recovery Program at Adult & Teen Challenge in Thunder Bay. This full-time role centers on providing dedicated support, mentorship, and spiritual guidance to clients in their recovery process.

Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada invites applications for the Program Coordinator position in their faith-focused residential recovery setting. This full-time role will involve providing one-on-one mentorship, facilitating group recovery sessions, and ensuring personal growth through spiritual and emotional support. Engagement with families and proper documentation of client progress are integral parts of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor clients in the recovery program

• Develop customized personal study plans for individuals

• Foster communication with families to support clients

• Maintain comprehensive case notes and progress documentation

• Promote a culture of discipleship and spiritual growth

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in addiction treatment or social services

• Valid driver's license and background clearance required

• Strong communication and mentoring skills

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a supportive environment
