Residential Addiction Support Staff

Play a key role as Residential Addiction Support Staff in Thunder Bay, ON, focusing on client supervision and program support within a therapeutic environment.

In this integral position, you’ll provide daily support to clients in recovery as part of the In Residence Programs. Your duties will include supervising client activities, enforcing program structure, and ensuring a safe environment. You’ll also assist with documentation, foster spiritual leadership, and support the operational needs of the residential facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise clients while maintaining program structure

• Support daily schedules, activities, and client interactions

• Conduct regular safety and facility checks

• Maintain clear documentation of client reports

• Model Christ-centered leadership and spiritual growth

Requirements:

• Background in addiction services or similar preferred

• Experience in community support or residential care valued

• Valid driver's license may be required

• First Aid Certification preferred

• Must obtain and maintain a clear Vulnerable Sector Clearance
